Women Rights Activists and Protectors Charitable Trust (also known as ‘WRAP’ or ‘WRAP Foundation’) values the trust of its donors and is committed to maintaining transparency in all financial matters.
Donations
All donations made to WRAP Foundation are voluntary and are used to support our charitable programs and operational activities.
Once a donation is successfully processed, it is generally non‑cancellable and non‑refundable, as funds are allocated immediately toward our mission.
Refund Requests
Refunds are not encouraged and will be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate transactions
- Technical errors during payment processing
Refund requests must be made within 7 (seven) days of the transaction date. To request a refund, donors must provide:
- Transaction ID
- Donor name
- Date of transaction
- Reason for refund request
Processing of Refunds
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method only.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in the donor’s account may vary depending on Razorpay’s processing timelines and the donor’s bank.
WRAP Foundation reserves the sole discretion to approve or decline refund requests.
